Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CodeSelan website and software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed client contract, upon full payment of project milestone fees, all custom software code, designs, and intellectual property developed by CodeSelan for the client will be transferred 100% to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, clear requirements, and necessary access to third-party accounts or APIs required for software execution.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodeSelan or its developers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of software beyond the scope defined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
